Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is hiring an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are prominently displayed and available across routes. You will set up displays, manage stock levels, and coordinate with stores to maintain optimal shelf presence.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to drive a personal vehicle during business hours, and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds. This is a full-time on-site position based in Beaumont, TX with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and reach overhead.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Perform Point of Sale advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and minimize trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Communicate daily with customers, coworkers, and shoppers to resolve issues.

Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements

• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
