Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our beverages are displayed and stocked across League City and Clearlake. This full-time role requires using a personal vehicle for routes and starting early each day.

You will build product displays, manage shelf space, coordinate with customers and co-workers, and support merchandising standards. Compensation includes incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / Thursday - Monday Schedule / 3am - (until route completed)
Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising/Stocking preferred

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience.

Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
