Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are available and attractively displayed. You will build displays, manage stock, and rotate products according to planograms across the Pflugerville/Manor/Elgin areas.

Requires a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; you must be able to lift 50+ pounds and have reliable transportation. Prior merchandising experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license, vehicle liability insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Physically able to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Place Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges up to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
