Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Bryan, TX to ensure beverages are available and well-presented at customer locations.

You will work Friday-Monday, 6:00 am start, 4 days/10 hours, and use your own vehicle for daily route work. Starting pay ranges from $19.78 to $24.73 per hour with additional incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Execute Point of Sale advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on current routes.
• Communicate with customers, co-workers and shoppers daily.

Additional Relevant Information: Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.78 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
