Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure Coca-Cola brands are available and properly displayed. This role requires building displays, managing shelf space, and coordinating stock on routes to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include POS advertising, inventory control, and daily communication with customers and team members. Entry-level to experienced candidates welcomed; travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization with attention to detail and follow-up.

Workdays/Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am until complete (Days/Hours are subject to change).

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Grocery stocking, merchandising, pallet jack and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
