At Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, our Order Replenishment Merchandisers ensure iconic brands are available to customers. This on-site role involves merchandising, stock management, and POS advertising to drive product visibility and availability.

Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour based on experience. Additional incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits may apply. Eligible applicants must meet the listed qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Grocery stocking, merchandising, pallet jack and delivery experience preferred.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Grocery stocking, merchandising, pallet jack and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements

• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
