Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our iconic beverages are always available to customers. You will build displays, manage shelf placement and support store merchandising standards.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and work on feet.
• Excellent planning, organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.

• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on routes.

Job Location: Henderson/Carthage,Texas Areas

Workdays/Shift Hours: Friday-Monday, 6:00am - 4:30pm or until complete (Days/Hours are subject to change).

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Grocery stocking, merchandising, pallet jack and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements

• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
