Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is hiring a store support associate to stock shelves, build displays, and keep back rooms organized in our local Colorado stores. The role involves daily restocking, rotating products per FIFO, and using store technology as needed. You will attend meetings and assist with special projects.

Schedule runs 5:00am–1:30pm, 5x8s with weekends and overtime as needed; pay is $23.25 per hour. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business-use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
