Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is hiring for a store associate to support daily operations. Schedule runs 5:00am to 1:30pm, five days a week with overtime as needed on weekends. Pay is $23.25 per hour.

Candidates must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 50 pounds, with a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance for store travel. Weekend and holiday work will be required. The role involves stocking, shelving, merchandising displays, and maintaining clean back rooms, following FIFO and supervisor

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
• Reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes; business-use vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
