Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking a Merchandise Team Lead for Dollywood Theme Park. This full-time role oversees daily merchandise retail, games and leased retail operations, and aims to drive revenue, guest satisfaction, and safe, engaging staff performance.

Reporting to the Merchandise Senior Team Lead, you will hire, onboard, schedule and coach Hosts, enforce safety standards, manage budgets, and ensure visual display standards across the shop.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months of demonstrable supervisory experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience with accounts payable functions is plus.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and POS/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Merchandise retail, games and leased retail operations to meet revenue and guest-experience goals.
• Lead and supervise front-line hosts, including scheduling, onboarding and coaching.
• Maintain safety culture and compliance with all rules and PCI standards.
• Maximize sales, minimize stock loss, and ensure proper floor stock levels.
