Job summary

Dollywood Company is seeking a part-time seasonal Merchandise Team Member to assist guests, drive merchandise sales, and maintain high standards in the park shops. You will use the POS system to process transactions, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, organized selling area.

The role requires strong guest service, basic math skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Prior retail or cash-handling experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Understand basic calculator and cash register/POS system.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and encourage merchandise purchases.
• Operate cash register/POS efficiently and follow policies.
• Assist in training new hires and hosting new location staff.
