Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a frontline manager responsible for supervising merchandise locations and delivering exceptional guest service. You will lead a team, schedule staff, and ensure stock integrity while maintaining safe, appealing displays.

The role requires strong communication, math skills, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather. ParkWare, Kronos, and Microsoft Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to drive a state-licensed vehicle as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for groups and guests.
• Strong math skills for rate, ratio and percent calculations.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand or sit for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline management supervision across policies, projects and safety for Merchandise locations.
• Lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences from start to finish.
• Schedule ambassadors, monitor Kronos and handle timecards.
• Supervise stock flow, restock displays and manage damaged merchandise.
• Coordinate annual inventory and assist with plan-o-grams for product activation.
• Ensure safety and maintain attractive, functional merchandise displays.
• Approve customer refunds up to $200 and support department duties.
