Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor, Visual Merchandiser to oversee visual merchandising across park retail locations. Lead and develop the Visual Merchandising team, collaborating with store leadership, Merchandise, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure displays align with brand standards and seasonal campaigns.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and project management of displays, planograms, and floor sets, with a focus on safety, quality, and operational

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising, retail management, design, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of visual merchandising, retail presentation, store design, or related experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and maintenance of visual merchandising presentations across assigned park retail locations.
• Lead and develop the Visual Merchandising team while partnering with store leadership and internal teams.
• Ensure presentations align with brand standards, seasonal initiatives, promotional campaigns, and business priorities.
• Coordinate with leadership to review and approve displays for quality, safety, and brand consistency.
• Monitor schedules, workloads, and project timelines to meet deadlines.
