Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Merchandise Supervisor to oversee Retail, Photos, Events, and Vending units. You will coach store leaders and ambassadors, drive guest service scores, and manage schedules and inventory in a fast-paced park setting.

Applicants should have 1+ year leadership experience, a HS diploma or GED, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role requires physical activity and adaptability to shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Theme park or high-volume retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to work in all weather and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Merchandise business units (Retail, Photos, Events, Vending).
• Coach and guide store leaders and frontline ambassadors.
• Ensure ambassadors engage guests and meet service scores.
• Maintain inventory and manage Min/Max levels across locations.
• Schedule locations and edit ambassador timecards.
• Ensure safety of ambassadors and guests.
• Monitor displays and assist with store changes and events.
• Provide regular performance feedback to staff.
