Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure SOPs and company programs compliance.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and pricing accuracy.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing coaching.
