Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Retail Merchandising Manager for our Superior, CO store. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to create a customer-ready environment.

You will manage workload planning, pricing integrity, and promotional execution while training and coaching team members. Expect nights, weekends, and early mornings as part of a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and lift up to 25-50 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and backroom organization.
• Execute price changes accurately and on time and manage Ship from Store fulfillment.
