Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, promotions, and customer-ready store conditions.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and in-stock routines.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory control, shipments, RTVs and ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members and uphold asset protection.
