The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership, strong planning, and the ability to train and coach a diverse team while maintaining in-stock levels and promotional execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company program adherence.
• Ensure policies are followed and standards met.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution for unloading and stocking.
• Plan workload and prioritize daily tasks with leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels through SISO routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising.
• Support backroom organization and customer-ready environment.
• Manage inventory control and accurate stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, pricing changes, and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processing.
• Manage damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Support Asset Protection practices.
