Job summary

You will lead truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to deliver a customer-ready store environment. You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, oversee in-stock optimization, and train team members while partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Experience with inventory, pricing, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and company programs, ensuring compliance and store standards.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and sustain store operations and service levels.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs/ASNs, and inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
