Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the KC-LIBERTY, MO store to drive merchandising, pricing, and inventory execution. You will ensure customer-ready environments and lead truck processing, planogram sets, and visual standards in coordination with store leadership.

Responsibilities include SOP compliance, in-stock optimization, and supporting MOD coverage while developing team members in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading store operations and SOP adherence.
• Ability to manage truck processing and planograms.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and adhering to SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain pricing integrity and timely promotional execution.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards on floor.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
