You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through workload planning and inventory management, while leading a team and coordinating with store leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotional execution, and a customer-ready store environment through workload planning and inventory management.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution to business needs.
• Execute and maintain SISO routines to drive in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
