Job summary

Michaels Fort Myers store is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will manage truck processes, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and visual standards to keep a customer-ready store environment.

Responsibilities include leading truck execution, prioritizing daily tasks, and ensuring in-stock levels through effective replenishment and store processes. Minimum 3+ years in retail leadership required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management.
• Experience in planogram execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Support Store Manager in SOP compliance and store conditions.
