Job summary

The Michaels Companies store in Quakertown seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and a customer-ready store environment.

Featuring leadership responsibilities, you will manage workload planning, Ship from Store, RTV/ASN processes, and train team members to uphold SOPs and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and manage SOPs and Company programs.
• Experience with stock, pricing, promotions, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, integrity, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, order picking/packing/shipping.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; ensure SOP compliance.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection and reduce shrink.
