Job summary

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, in-stock optimization, planogram compliance, and effective promotional execution in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and train store teams.
• Strong organization and workload planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs for compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies, maintain store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes: unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and prioritize daily tasks with store leadership to align staffing.
• Drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy through SISO routines.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment including backroom and sales floor.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets, pricing integrity, and promotional signage.
