• Handles opening/closing store operations, cash, doors, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, guiding staff, customer service, and issues.
• Oversees daily activities of associates and supports onboarding.
• Drives sales, optimizes merchandising, and controls expenses.
• Executes market plans and updates promotional materials.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
