Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and accurate sorting.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, aligning staffing with business needs.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to ensure merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and initial product placement.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring product accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Execute price changes accurately and on time maintaining pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment to ensure accurate order picking and packing.
