Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and store operations, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual standards to ensure appealing product presentation.
• Manage pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution to maximize sales.
• Provide MOD coverage, store leadership, and service standards.
• Coordinate workload planning and staffing with store leadership to meet business needs.
• Oversee inventory control, in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy, and store recovery.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
