Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager in Marietta, GA to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards while ensuring accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.

You will lead SOP adherence, supervise the flow from receiving to the sales floor, and partner with leadership to maintain a customer-ready store environment with inventory integrity and efficient stock movement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs and company programs.
• Ability to drive in-stock levels and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company policies.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and floor flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines for inventory accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising to standards.
• Ensure pricing integrity and timely price changes across the store.
• Coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Support backroom organization and customer-ready presentation.
