Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager for our North Attleborough, MA location. You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, staff leadership, and daily store operations, ensuring excellent guest service and adherence to corporate guidelines.

You will train associates, manage displays, execute promotions, and drive sales while controlling expenses. The role requires at least two years of management experience and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays; ensures signage is accurate and promotions are highlighted.
• Acts as Manager on Duty; handles store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Oversees onboarding and training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff, and customer service.
• Executes market plan; arranges products and signage per corporate guidelines; updates promotions.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
