Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays per guidelines.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Executes marketing plan with signage and inventory integrity.
