Five Below in North Providence, RI seeks an experienced store leader to oversee daily operations and drive sales. You will manage stock, displays, and the opening/closing routines while leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you’ll coach associates, ensure compliance with policies, and execute promotions. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for store sections and promotions.
• Handles opening/closing duties including cash, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and training.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines.
