Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a dedicated production supervisor at our Clarkston store in Michigan. You will oversee the production team, ensure quality control, and help achieve daily production and sales targets while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include directing daily tasks, training staff, monitoring metrics, managing inventory, and coordinating orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience following and giving direction.
• Basic computer proficiency including payroll systems.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and ensure completion of daily tasks for production team members.
• Train new team members on production expectations and processes.
• Perform quality control inspections to protect product quality.
• Track and report production metrics at scheduled intervals.
• Implement strategies to meet production, acquisition, and sales goals.
• Manage product rotation and inventory control processes.
• Maintain organized workspaces and prepare for next-day production.
• Support store maintenance and safety protocols.
• Place and coordinate supply orders for processing needs.
• Prevent shrinkage through product control procedures.
