Goodwill Central Texas is hiring a Merchandise Processor in Georgetown, TX, to prepare donated items for the sales floor and meet daily processing goals. You’ll identify items, price, and stage them for display, while upholding a clean workspace and positive team culture.

This role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and clear English communication. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected to ensure smooth store operations and community support.

Qualifications

• Attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment (lifting up to 30 lbs).
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• 6+ months of prior work, retail, or volunteer experience is a plus.
• Reliability and pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Sort, hang, price, and prep donated merchandise for the sales floor.
• Identify boutique, brand-name, and vintage items—become a resale expert!
• Meet daily processing goals while keeping your area clean and organized.
• Transport merchandise to the sales floor and stock by category.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist with donation intake when needed.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support wherever help is needed.
