Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a full-time Retail Merchandise Processor for the Tempe store. You will receive, price, ticket and process donated merchandise to ready it for sale, while maintaining a clean, safe sales floor and supporting a positive customer experience.

The role requires 18+ years old, English proficiency, and the ability to lift and work in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and employer-sponsored programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains regular attendance and strong in-store presence.
• Ensures safety, reports hazards, and follows safety rules.
• Keeps sales floor and workstation organized per standards.
• Stocks merchandise in designated areas and assists customers as needed.
