Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking a Product Supervisor to oversee merchandise operations and drive data-driven decisions. You will analyze financial, inventory, and sales KPIs, manage product flow, and develop budgets for the assigned area.

You will serve as Merchandise Person-in-Charge, lead HR functions for the team, and coordinate with buyers to ensure optimal stock levels and revenue.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience with multi-department or location responsibility, required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing, analyzing, and troubleshooting retail analysis, POS and retail inventory systems, required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from multiple sources and report on financial, inventory, and sales KPIs for Merchandise Division.
• Identify and manage product flow to improve efficiency and respond to demand/ logistics.
• Develop budget and forecast for the assigned area.
• Serve as Merchandise Person-in-Charge of Merchandise operations.
• Oversee inventory control functions including POS operations, period-end transactions, and physical inventories.
• Provide reports to leadership on sales by category, programs, seasons, and materials.
