Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking an Emporium Replenishment Team Member for our Dollywood Theme Park. This on-site, full-time seasonal role focuses on maintaining stock levels and providing excellent guest service to enhance the Dollywood experience.

The ideal candidate will ensure shelves are stocked, follow inventory procedures, and support /train staff as needed while upholding Dollywood values and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or warehouse work experience preferred.
• Computer experience operating Microsoft Office Programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory is stocked on the selling floor and backstock organized daily.
• Follow inventory control procedures for receipts, pricing, and transfers.
• Operate cash register/POS and assist guests to boost merchandise sales.
• Maintain safety guidelines and uphold Dollywood procedures.
