Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking a Culinary Inventory and Revenue Systems Analyst to govern and maintain the Food & Beverage POS and inventory systems for the Dollywood Theme Park. The role focuses on enterprise governance, data integrity, and cost control, aligning with Dollywood’s mission and standards.

The ideal candidate will lead with curiosity, manage reporting, and coordinate with Sales Audit, IT, and Culinary leadership to ensure accurate sales records and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as business administration or IT or equivalent.
• Strong business acumen and leadership ability.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Governance and maintenance of POS and inventory systems for the Food & Beverage Division.
• Input all recipes into CrunchTime and update allergen substitutions.
• Perform weekly inventory spot audits and reconciliations.
