Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking a Warehouse Processing Team Member to join our theme park operations. This full-time seasonal role focuses on accurate merchandise counting, price ticketing, and orderly inventory in accordance with safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and inventory systems), and a commitment to Dollywood's Lead With Love values.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Previous warehouse work experience.
• Computer experience operating Microsoft Office Programs, running reports and inventory systems.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Process all merchandise product.
• Follow Inventory Control policies including receiving, price ticketing, paperwork, audits and transfers.
• Match packing slip with orders and verify counts; report discrepancies.
• Maintain high attention to detail with minimal supervision.
• Represent Dollywood professionally to guests, vendors and coworkers.
• Adhere to merchandise safety guidelines and report safety issues.
• Support warehouse deliveries and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Uphold Lead With Love values in actions and attitude.
