Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in adhering to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution and maintain merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritisation with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization to improve in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and POS operations.
