Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience required. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy through Store-In-Stock routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom.
• Manage inventory accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processing.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach and develop team members across departments.
• Support Asset Protection practices.
