Forman Mills Inc is seeking a Merchandise Manager in Reading, PA. The role oversees merchandising operations across assigned departments, ensuring layouts, features, and promo setups align with company standards while driving sales, shrink control, and customer satisfaction.

The Merch Manager reports to the Store Manager and may perform HR tasks as needed. Flexibility for varied hours and store locations is required to support growth and Inventory initiatives.

Qualificações

• 18 years or older
• HS diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• 3–5 years of management, operations and merchandising experience in a Big Box environment

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed budgeted sales daily and drive KPIs.
• Direct daily activities across departments including merchandising, stock flow, and loss prevention.
• Train and develop department leads and staff.
• Open/close store as needed per direction.
• Assist in staffing and HR tasks within assigned areas.
• Counsel and manage personnel with Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure flawless execution of initiatives (ad sets, markdowns, freight, detail recovery).
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive image.
