Job summary

Ulta Beauty in North Olmsted, OH is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, including shipment, replenishment, omni-channel activity, pricing changes and markdowns. The MM drives sales growth, inventory results and compliance while modeling operational excellence.

You will attract and develop a diverse team, manage scheduling and payroll budgets, enforce policies, deliver training and feedback, and communicate trends to field leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (POS, MS Office, Apple devices).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Review financial/operational reports and act on insights.
• Lead by example to ensure guest engagement and product demonstrations.
