Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead the store team and drive top-line sales growth through effective operations, replenishment, omni-channel, pricing, and markdowns. The MM reports to the Operations Manager and guides Task Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role focuses on performance, people, and processes, requiring a passion for operational excellence, coaching, and results-driven leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Experience with payroll budgets and expense control.
• Ability to develop and lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and inventory.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Schedule and manage workload including omni-channel tasks and markdowns.
• Lead by example to deliver a high-performing, guest-focused store environment.
