Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations at our Vienna location. You will drive truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to ensure a customer-ready store environment.

You’ll manage workload planning, daily task prioritization, and in-stock optimization while coaching team members and maintaining asset protection. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store leadership on the floor.
• Lead truck processing and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee inventory controls, planogram execution, and visual merchandising.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
