Job summary

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and program compliance.
• Lead truck execution and stock flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute in-stock optimization routines.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization and store cleanliness.
• Manage inventory accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Process price changes and promotional signage.
• Oversee store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and coach team members.
