Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our DFW-FT WORTH/HULEN, TX store. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, ensuring pricing accuracy, timely promotions, and a customer-ready environment.

You’ll oversee truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets while modeling strong workload planning and team leadership. You will provide MOD coverage, manage in-store execution, and partner with leadership to align staffing and tasks to business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience in merchandising and store operations.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Lead planogram sets and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership on the floor.
• Oversee inbound truck flow, stock movement, and replenishment.
• Manage inventory control, in-stock levels, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate ad sets, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
