Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Burleson, TX is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations, including planograms, pricing, and in-stock processes. You will partner with store leadership to drive execution and customer readiness.

You will oversee truck unloading, inventory routines, POS transactions, and promotional ad sets while coaching team members and ensuring SOPs, loss prevention, and visual standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience enforcing SOPs and policies.
• Ability to lead merchandising and inventory routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company program adherence.
• Lead truck execution, unloading and merchandise flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual standards.
• Ensure pricing, promotions, and signage accuracy.
• Manage Ship from Store orders, RTVs, and ASN.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
