You will provide strong workload planning, partner with store leadership on staffing and scheduling, maintain inventory integrity, and drive in-stock levels while upholding customer-ready conditions across the sales floor and backroom.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Oversee planogram sets and visual standards to maintain store presentation.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards and operational continuity.
• Manage in-stock levels, replenishment accuracy and backroom organization.
• Train, coach and develop team members across assigned departments.
• Support asset protection and safe, compliant store operations.
