Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining SOPs and company programs for compliance.
• Drive truck loading/unloading, inventory routines and planogram execution to ensure in-stock and readiness.
• Lead daily workload planning and staffing with store leadership to meet business needs.
• Execute in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy and sales readiness.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions and customer-ready environment.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving to ensure inventory integrity.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction through training and procedures.
