Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support store operations to meet SOPs and company standards.
• Oversee truck unloading, sorting, and merchandising flow to sales floor.
• Manage workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Run in-stock optimization routines to improve replenishment accuracy and availability.
• Ensure accurate pricing, timely promotions, and visual standards across the store.
• Coordinate Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes with accuracy.
• Maintain store conditions, safety, and asset protection practices.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
